    I think that the reality of this lawsuit, along with others that are said to be pending, is the fact they are trying to stall the consolidation issue until the elections in November. With that being said, I don't believe any of the law suits will hold any water at all.

    I think that's exactly right, but all these lawsuits are a total waste of county funds. They talk about being afraid to lose current faculty and staff from the county schools...if they want, they can use these tens of thousands of dollars they're spending on mock legal action to employ these potentially laid off personel.

    Where will the money come from for the school system to fight this law suit? Will it be money they already have in their budget, will it come from the county, state????

    Half as much as it costs the people who reside inside St. Paul since they are paying for it twice.
